Blackwood Group was established by Jose A. Duarte, P.E. LEED AP in 2007. Despite the challenges posed by the great recession of 2008, Blackwood has demonstrated steady growth. Since its inception, the company has achieved success by completing a diverse range of projects across the Chicagoland area. These projects span the residential, commercial, mixed-use, and light industrial/warehousing sectors, showcasing the company's versatility and expertise.
